1. In which countries do you provide your services?
My main working area is East-Flanders, but I am willing to design for anyone worldwide. The advantage of graphical computer design is that it is easy to send the printing files/creations to printing services worldwide. So if you live in Poland for example, I can send the files to a printing service in Poland which makes it much cheaper then if I had to do it in Belgium and then ship it to Poland.
2. What is the price?
Pricing varies depending upon a large number of factors. Take the size of the Design for example. A small-sized simple design is most of the time much less work, whereas a large commercial design requires more documentation and designing.
But my first reason why I chose this profession is still because I love to do it. And that is for me much more important then money.
So I always communicate with the customers about this if there is extra work, I dont always charge that.
3. What exactly do I receive when you send initial design ideas?
I will normally send clients a JPG or PDF file with Designs shown over a number of pages. I display the designs in a variety of formats, which will give more choices such as: change in colour, change in font and sizing, different imaging etc...
4.What filetypes do you provide?
I’m more than happy to help with specific file requests, and will answer questions if clients are in any way unsure.
5.How do you accept payment?
methods: via bank transfer or Paypal.
The price can be discussed before hand and when it is finished it will be send as soon as the payment is in.
6. How does the design process go into work?
#1 - The Brief
All jobs start with us asking you to submit your request and all the details. I will ask questions to make sure I understand what you desire to see accomplished. This is the most important part of the design stage as it provides me with essential background information regarding your business, your products or services , or your personality; all of which helps me to get a clear idea of what is required.
#2 - Prototype Designs
I will start designing and send some examples to you so you can decide if the direction I am taking with the design is one you like. It will be send by email in a pdf or jpg file.
# 3 - Review
You write back what you like or dont like and from there on I will either keep working on the current design, or alter it towards the request.
Usually one or two items will be worked on further, refining certain elements such as colour and typography, however if it's thought that the design is not right for development, further new ideas will be created.
This process or designing & reviewing will continue until your happy with the final look and feel of the artwork.
# 4 - Final Output
Once the design(s) have been signed off they will be made up to professional press specifications .
# 5 - Payment
Payment is requested at the end of the project. This is done through bank transfer or Paypall. Other payment methods can be requested.
